OUR PRICES FOR YOUR SUMMER
The prices are per day & per person for full-board , for a minimum of 3 days, including the use of beach cabin and 10% IVA (taxes).
For an accomodation of less than 3 days, the sum of various services are considered.
LIST CONDITIONS
The period of stay begins at 12 noon and ends at 10 a.m. on the date indicated in the reservation.
The stay begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Full board treatment: breakfast, lunch and dinner with table service + buffet of vegetables and appetizers, water and wine with meals.
Prices also include beach service just 20 m away, air conditioning in room and common areas, WI-FI in room and common areas, basement car park with direct lift to floors, bicycles, karaoke.
A deposit of € 250,00 per room is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: It is possible to cancel your reservation without penalty, for any reason, within 14 days of arrival with return of the deposit or alternatively use it as a bonus for another holiday. In case of cancellation after this deadline, the deposit will be retained. Should you anticipate, without any proven reason, the agreed departure, the Management has the right to charge you the indemnity for 3 nights (room).
Visitor's tax is applied from 01 June to 15 September inclusive (the date may vary at the discretion of the municipality), at the rate of €2.50 per day for the first five days; children under 18 are exempt. Meals not taken at the hotel are not reimbursed.

Discount for Kids (in room with two adults)
- Up to 2 years: FREE
- From 2 to 13 years old: - 50%
- 2 Children under 2 years old, one is free and one at 50%
Supplements
- Single: + € 13,00 per day
- Double single use: + € 19,50 per day
- Mini fridge: + € 3,50 per day a request

The maximum number of extra beds is 2, while the number of cradles allowed is 1. Any kind of extra bed or cradle will be available after a confirmation given by the hotel. The supplements are not included in the price and they should be paid separately during the accomodation.
Credit cards are accepted. The hotel has the right of controlling the validity of the card before your arrival, requesting the circuit membership.
Pets of small medium size FREE (out of respect for all guests they cannot access the restaurant), basement parking with direct lift FREE, FREE cot.
